APPSC Group 2 Notification 2026: 686 posts
APPSC issued a brief notification (No. 37/2026) on 13 October 2026 for 686 Group-II posts, Executive and Non-Executive. Online applications run from 10 to 30 November 2026. Here are the posts, the dates, the exam pattern, and the Group 2 previous papers to start practising now.

Who can apply
A bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Some posts need a particular degree: Assistant Section Officer (Finance) a degree in mathematics, economics or commerce; Assistant Section Officer (Law) a law degree; Senior and Junior Accountant a degree in commerce, economics or mathematics plus a computer qualification. Age limits, relaxations and the fee are given in the detailed notification.

The screening test only shortlists candidates for the Mains; selection is on the Mains marks. The pattern is the same as in the previous Group-II recruitment (Notification 11/2023), so the 2024 Screening Test and the 2025 Mains papers below are the closest practice you can get.
