A wall clock gains 4 minutes in 12 hours and another wall clock loses 2 minutes in 24 hours. Both are set right at 8 a.m on a particular day. Choose the correct time when these two clocks show exactly the same time in the immediate future.

- 9 a.m after 60 days
- 8 a.m after 72 days
- 8 p.m after 75 days

The first clock gains 8 min a day and the second loses 2 min a day, so they drift apart by 10 min a day. They show the same time again when the gap is 12 hours = 720 min, i.e. after 720/10 = 72 days, at the same actual time of 8 a.m (the clocks then read 5:36 and 5:36).
