Muhammad bin Tughlaq first raised the land revenue in the Doab (c. 1325-26), then shifted the capital to Daulatabad (1327), then introduced the token copper currency (c. 1329-30), and the planned Khurasan expedition followed and was abandoned. So the order is (c), (b), (a), (d).
