PMGDISHA (Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan), approved in 2017 under the Ministry of Electronics and IT, aims to make 6 crore rural households digitally literate by training one member of each to operate computers and digital devices. PMKVY and DDU-GKY are skill-training schemes, and NRLM organises the rural poor into self-help groups.
