Four married couples are seated at a circular table facing the centre of the table. Every wife is seated beside her husband. Each man likes different sweets named L, M, N, O. The names of the eight persons are A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H. Persons D and H are together. D likes L. H likes M. G is wife of a person who likes N and she sat second to the right of H. F is seated between G and H. B is wife of a person who likes O. Person C does not like O. E is a male. If only one pair of women is adjacent, then who is 3rd to the left of E ?

D and H are men sitting together, so H's wife is F (between H and G), G's husband (likes N) sits on G's other side and D's wife on D's other side; B and her husband (likes O) take the last two seats, with B next to G's husband so that F-G is the only pair of adjacent women. Only men are said to like the sweets, so C is a man; as C does not like O, C is G's husband (likes N), E is B's husband (likes O) and A is D's wife. Going round to the left of E we meet B, C and then G, so G is 3rd to the left of E.
