Directions: Decide whether the data provided in the two statements given under the question is sufficient to answer the question or not. Given option What is the perimeter of the circle? I. The centre (0,0) of the circle is at a distance of 5 units from the point P (3, 4) II. The images of P with respect to both x-axis and y-axis lie on the circle
- if the data in statement I alone is sufficient to answer the question;
- if the data in statement II alone is sufficient to answer the question;
- if the data in both the statements I & II together is sufficient to answer the question;
- if the data in both the statements I & II together is not sufficient to answer the question.

Statement I gives the centre (0, 0) but does not say P is on the circle, so the radius is unknown; II alone puts (3, -4) and (-3, 4) on the circle but two points do not fix a circle. Together, the radius is the distance from (0, 0) to (3, -4) = 5, so the perimeter is 2π × 5 = 10π units.
