Article 43B, inserted by the 97th Constitutional Amendment Act, 2011, directs the State to promote the voluntary formation, autonomous functioning, democratic control and professional management of cooperative societies; workers' participation is Article 43A, uniform civil code Article 44 and early childhood care Article 45.
