It takes Madhu 2t minutes to complete Form-A which has k questions and 3t minutes to complete Form-B which has k/2 questions. If Madhu answers all the questions, how much more time does he take on an average to answer a Form-B question than he takes to answer a Form-A question ?

Time per Form-A question = 2t/k, and time per Form-B question = 3t ÷ (k/2) = 6t/k. The difference is 6t/k - 2t/k = 4t/k.
