    Answer: (4) No error

The sentence is correct, so the answer is "No error". It reports a yes/no question ("Would you be interested ...?"); such questions are reported with "if" or "whether" followed by normal statement word order, and "would" is correct after the past reporting verb "asked". "Interested in" takes the right preposition and is followed by the gerund "signing up", and "sign up as a member of" is idiomatic for enrolling in or joining a group. No part needs correction.
