   In a club, there are 58 members. Among them, 25 members drink tea, 23 members drink coffee and only 7 members drink both tea and coffee. What is the ratio of the number of members who drink tea or coffee but not both, to the number of members who drink neither tea nor coffee?

   किसी क्लब में 58 सदस्य हैं। उनमें से 25 सदस्य चाय पीते हैं, 23 सदस्य कॉफ़ी पीते हैं और केवल 7 सदस्य चाय और कॉफ़ी दोनों पीते हैं। ऐसे सदस्यों की संख्या, जो चाय अथवा कॉफ़ी पीते हैं किन्तु दोनों नहीं पीते, का ऐसे सदस्यों की संख्या जो न तो चाय और न ही कॉफ़ी पीते हैं, से अनुपात क्या है?

   Answer: (4) 2 : 1

   उत्तर: (4) 2 : 1

   Tea or coffee = 25 + 23 - 7 = 41, so exactly one drink = 41 - 7 = 34 and neither = 58 - 41 = 17. The ratio is 34 : 17 = 2 : 1.
