The 73rd Constitutional Amendment Act, 1992 added Part IX ("The Panchayats", Articles 243-243O) and the Eleventh Schedule. The 74th Amendment added Part IX-A on Municipalities, the 86th made elementary education a fundamental right (Article 21A), and the 104th extended SC/ST reservation in legislatures and ended Anglo-Indian nomination.
