Article 74(1) says there shall be a Council of Ministers with the Prime Minister at the head to aid and advise the President, who shall act in accordance with such advice. Article 75 deals with the appointment, tenure and responsibility of ministers, Article 73 with the extent of the Union's executive power and Article 76 with the Attorney General.
