Observe the following data flow diagram which displays the sequence of activities in a process of getting admission in a college. If a student submits all the valid documents, then the possible reason would be for not getting admission is

A student who has submitted all valid documents has already passed the branch check and document validation, so the only remaining "No" exit is at "Is fund available?", which leads to Cancel of Enroll. Branch availability is checked before the form is filled, and getting the receipt is not a decision point in the diagram.
