   Let the present ages be R and H; then 10(R + 5) = 11(H + 5) and 7(R - 4) = 8(H - 4), so 10R - 11H = 5 and 7R - 8H = -4. Solving gives H = 25 and R = 28, so the ratio is 28 : 25. Check: 33 : 30 = 11 : 10 and 24 : 21 = 8 : 7.
