A train of 450 meters long moving with a speed of 65 km/hr crosses a man travelling in some direction of the train in 27 seconds. Then the speed with which the man moving and his direction is

Relative speed = 450/27 m/s = 50/3 m/s = 60 km/h. This is less than the train's 65 km/h, so the man moves in the same direction at 65 - 60 = 5 km/h. If he walked the opposite way, the relative speed would be more than 65 km/h.
