In February 2024 the Prime Minister dedicated new AIIMS at several places, including Bathinda (Punjab) and Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh). In this code Punjab is called "Assam" and Uttar Pradesh is called "Punjab", so APPSC accepted both (2) and (3).
