   The printed '%' for M is evidently a misprint for '×', since only then do options 1-3 balance: 5+3-4×6÷2 = -4, 56×12 - 2÷1 = 670 and 5+6-3×4÷8 = 9.5. Option 4 gives 30÷10 + 4×2 - 2 = 9, not 15, so it is the incorrect equation.
