   The letters of the word 'ENTRANCE' are arranged in such a way that all vowels are always written together. How many such ways of writing the word is possible ?

   Answer: (1) 1080

   సమాధానం: (1) 1080

   ENTRANCE has vowels E, A, E and consonants N, T, R, N, C. Treating the vowel group as one unit gives 6 units with N repeated, which can be arranged in 6!/2! = 360 ways. The vowels can be arranged within the group in 3!/2! = 3 ways, so the total is 360 × 3 = 1080.
