ASAT missile is capable of shooting down targets moving at a speed of 50 km per second at an altitude as high as 2000 km. Which of the statements regarding ASAT are true ?

In Mission Shakti (27 March 2019) a DRDO interceptor missile destroyed a live Indian satellite, Microsat-R, in low Earth orbit below 300 km, so I and II are true. III is false: DRDO said the missile can hit targets moving at about 10 km per second at altitudes up to about 1,200 km, not 50 km per second at 2,000 km.
