Consider the following statements about “National War Memorial” : I. It was inaugurated in 2021. II. The eternal flame of Amar Jawan Jyoti underneath India Gate was put out and merged with another eternal flame at the National War Memorial. III. It was built to commemorate all the soldiers who have laid down their lives in the various battles, wars, operations and conflicts of Independent India. IV. The architecture of the memorial is based on four concentric circles. Which of the statements given above are correct ?

It honours soldiers who died in independent India's wars and operations, is laid out in four concentric circles (Amar, Veerta, Tyag and Rakshak Chakra), and the Amar Jawan Jyoti flame was merged with its flame in January 2022.
