With reference to the Protection of Human Rights (Amendment) Act, 2019, consider the following statements about National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) : I. Judge of the Supreme Court can now be appointed as Chairperson of the Commission. II. Term of the Chairperson and members shall be three years. III. Chairperson and members shall be eligible for re-appointment. Which of the above statements is/are correct ?

The 2019 amendment let a former Supreme Court judge, not only a former Chief Justice of India, become NHRC Chairperson. It cut the term from five years to three years (or until age 70) and made the Chairperson and members eligible for reappointment, so all three statements are correct.
