The Bay of Bengal gets roughly four times as many cyclones as the Arabian Sea, so 1 is correct. On average only about five cyclones form over the North Indian Ocean in a year, and they are concentrated in the pre-monsoon (April-May) and post-monsoon (October-December) seasons rather than throughout the year, so 2 and 3 are wrong.
