Answer: (3) Just-in-Time Fund Release System

    उत्तर: (3) ठीक समय पर निधि निर्मोचन प्रणाली (Just-in-Time Fund Release System)

Under Just-in-Time fund release (run through PFMS, for example the SNA-SPARSH system for Centrally Sponsored Schemes), central funds are released only when payments to beneficiaries or vendors actually fall due. This cuts idle balances parked in agency bank accounts and the government's interest cost, and makes fund flows traceable in real time.
