   Nustulapur (Nasthullapur) in Karimnagar district yielded a hoard of silver Roman denarii (the latest of Tiberius) together with punch-marked coins, found in 1952; it is evidence of Indo-Roman trade in the Satavahana region. A gold coin of Augustus was also found at Kondapur in the old Medak district, but the key accepts only (1).
