A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8 are sitting around a circular table facing the direction opposite to that of the Centre. A8 is fourth to the left of A2 and second to the right of A6. A1 = A3 + 3 with A3 not next to A6 forces A3 = 2, A1 = 5, then A7 = 7, and A4 second to the right of A5 gives A5 = 3, A4 = 1; fifth to the left of A6 is seat 6 + 5 = 11, i.e. seat 3 (11 − 8), which is A5.
