Sikandar Lodi was a religiously orthodox ruler (he destroyed temples, for example at Mathura) and did not exempt Hindus from jizya, so statement (4) is wrong. Alauddin Khilji kept the ulema out of state policy, Muhammad bin Tughlaq tried to curb sati, and Firoz Shah Tughlaq extended jizya even to Brahmins, who had earlier been exempt.
