When the exam was held, 12 of India's 18 biosphere reserves were in UNESCO's World Network of Biosphere Reserves under MAB, including Nokrek (added 2009) and Khangchendzonga (added 2018), while Cold Desert (Himachal Pradesh), Dibru-Saikhowa (Assam) and Great Rann of Kutch (Gujarat) were not, so the answer is II, IV and V. Cold Desert was added to the network later, in September 2025.
