   (Directions for questions 19-21) On the eve of Bathukamma festival, the association of Greenfield Apartments had organized games for children. As a part of that, Keerthi, Joshna, Pallavi, Rama and Swetha participated in a race. They got different ranks from 1 to 5 in the race (1 being the fastest and 5 being the slowest). The following information is also known: I. Keerthi is not the person who finished the race first. II. Pallavi didn't get the 5th rank, but she finished the race after Keerthi. III. Rama finished the race after Joshna. IV. The sum of ranks of Keerthi and Swetha was equal to the sum of ranks of Pallavi and Rama. If the sum of the ranks of Swetha and Pallavi is 8, then who got the 4th rank?
