Show answer
Answer: (3) I, II and IV
సమాధానం: (3) I, II మరియు IV
Kesavananda Bharati struck down the second provision of Art. 31C (the bar on judicial review), not the first, and Minerva Mills invalidated the 42nd Amendment's extension of the first provision to all Directive Principles, so I and II are incorrect. Minerva Mills stressed harmony and balance between Rights and Directives (III, correct), which departs from Champakam Dorairajan (1951), where Fundamental Rights were held to prevail, so IV is also incorrect.
