The International Dark-Sky Association (IDSA) is a EU-based non-profit organisation that designates sites as international dark sky places. IV. The Department of Science & Technology (DST) has announced the setting up of India’s 1st Dark-Sky Reserve in Himachal Pradesh. Which of the statements given above are correct ?

Since only statement I is correct, the key's "None of the above" means that none of the offered combinations of statements is right.
