e-RUPI is a cashless, purpose-specific one-time payment voucher (QR code or SMS) built by NPCI on the UPI platform with DFS, the Health Ministry and NHA. It was launched by the Prime Minister on 2 August 2021, not in 2020, so IV is wrong.
