Answer: Minister of Water resources, Government of India as chairperson and Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as members.

Under Section 84 of the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014, an Apex Council chaired by the Union Minister of Water Resources (now Jal Shakti), with the Chief Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as members, supervises the Godavari and Krishna River Management Boards.
