   Answer: Tax Revenue / Interest Receipts from Public Debt

   The key prints both options as correct. National income counts only factor incomes earned from current production. Tax revenue is a transfer to the government out of incomes already counted, and interest on public debt is treated as a transfer payment rather than a factor income, so neither is added to national income.
