The tropopause is the transition zone between the troposphere and the stratosphere and lies just below the stratosphere, so (ii) and (iii) are correct. Statement (i) is also true in standard texts, because the height of the tropopause varies with the season (higher in summer) as well as with latitude, but the key leaves it out.
