Answer: National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture

The National Mission for Sustainable Agriculture, one of the eight missions of the National Action Plan on Climate Change, aims to make Indian agriculture more productive, sustainable and climate-resilient so as to protect food security. However, NMSA began operating only in 2014-15, while ICAR's National Initiative on Climate Resilient Agriculture (NICRA), launched in February 2011, better matches the stated year.
