Answer: (1) II, III and IV only
Statements II, III and IV are correct. The MoSPI manual on national accounts states that all goods produced during the period are counted whether they are marketed or not, so farm, forest and fish products kept for home consumption are given an imputed value. Services produced for the producer's own final consumption are excluded, with two exceptions that are included: the imputed rent of owner-occupied buildings and the services of paid domestic servants; imputed rent is also part of household final consumption. Own-account construction is likewise included. Statement I is incorrect: cooking meals, scrubbing floors or minding children by members of the household fall outside the production boundary, which is one reason GDP understates the economic contribution of unpaid work. Transfer receipts such as pensions and gifts are also excluded, as they are not payments for current production. The quantum computer planned for the park is based on trapped-ion qubits. Which of the statements given above is/are correct?

II. III.

Answer: (1) I only
Statement I is correct: the joint announcement of 2 May 2025 by IBM, Tata Consultancy Services and the Government of Andhra Pradesh said the park would be anchored by an IBM Quantum System Two with IBM's 156-qubit Heron processor, India's largest quantum computer as currently envisioned. Statement II is wrong: the release said the deployment was subject to the issuance of appropriate export licences and the closing of definitive agreements. Statement III is wrong: IBM's processors, including Heron, are superconducting quantum processors that its modular System Two houses and cools near absolute zero; they are not trapped-ion machines. TCS is a partner that will develop quantum use cases in life sciences, materials science, supply-chain resilience, energy optimisation and cryptography, and park members can work with TCS to access IBM's cloud-based quantum computers. The state presented the park as support for the National Quantum Mission.
